Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Stamford, Connecticut

Description

Our client in the Lower Fairfield, CT area has a need for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. Ther HR Manager will serve as a standalone role, primarily focusing on various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, and payroll management. This is a Consulting opportunity that is indefinite in duration.

Responsibilities:

• Administering employee benefits and ensuring their accuracy.

• Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.

• Managing employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise.

• Executing offboarding procedures when necessary.

• Overseeing payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Implementing and refining hiring processes.

• Directly reporting to the top management.

• Managing a diverse workforce spread across various states.

• Utilizing Kronos for timekeeping and Prism for payroll processing.

• Handling a significant portion of employees who are paid hourly.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of detail oriented experience in the Human Resources field.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Employee Relations.

• Proven experience in executing efficient Hiring Processes.

• Skilled and experienced in Onboarding new employees.

• Proficiency in managing Payroll processes.

• Expertise in administering Benefits and related processes.
