We are hiring a Finance & Commercial Intern - to gain firsthand experience in solar and battery storage engineering. Interns will work on project design, grid interconnection, and energy transition solutions alongside industry experts. This opportunity provides real-world experience in renewable energy, helping develop the next generation of professionals while contributing to innovative clean energy projects that drive sustainable power solutions.

  What you will do:

• Based in Stamford, CT , you will s upport the structuring and negotiating of project finance transactions, including acquisitions, asset sales, and greenfield development

• Gain exposure to different AETS verticals: C&I, Community Solar, Utility, and BESS

• Learn about capital markets, including tax equity, construction, and term debt financing

• Develop skills in project financial modeling and debt sizing

• Create a guidebook on renewable project revenue structures, with a focus on Community Solar and state-specific incentives

• Participate in the incorporat ion of financial modeling into the guidebook’s application

  We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business ( Finance major preferred) , computer science or Engineering

• Demonstrates enthusiasm for energy transition and sustainability, backed by a solid academic record (GPA)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data, create reports, and present technical insights effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
