What You'll Get To Do:
The Microsoft 365 Solutions Analyst will assist in the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration within the organization.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert, assisting in the deployment and configuration of Microsoft 365 applications and features, including but not limited to;
Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Power Automate, and Copilot AI solutions
Provide level 3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations
Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software solutions.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help end-users effectively utilize solutions on the M365 platform, including Generative AI prompting best practices
Monitor and analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for improving user adoption and productivity
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and recommend best practices for their implementation
Scope
Reports to Sr Manager IT Service Delivery
Collaborates with other IT personnel, business stakeholders, and end users
Manages own time
Uses experience and skills to assist other department members
Meets targets assigned
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
Industry Certifications are preferred
7 plus years of progressive hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environments (break/fix activities, engineering of complex implementations, and migrations)
Strong technical skills required
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance
Experience with Microsoft Azure, eDiscovery, Retention, DLP, etc.
Progressive experience in a technical customer service environment
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems
ITIL and Agile Methodology experience
Experience with OKTA a plus
Experience with ServiceNow a plus
Proven strong sense of initiative and tenacity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Requirements
Remote role
Must be available for occasional on call support as required
This position will require travel as needed, but less than 10%

The wage range of $80,000 - $90,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
