Broadridge Securities Processing Solutions Professional Software Engineer in Newark, New Jersey
Work as part of a team to develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies. Translate business requirements into technical designs. Troubleshoot production issues as needed. Provide technical leadership to developers in a variety of duties including data design, coding, testing, technical design, development, and troubleshooting. Carry out code reviews and contribute to technical solutions for software development projects. Contribute to technical solutions for software development projects. Collaborate with peers and other technical teams, such as other development teams, Architecture, TSS.REQS.: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field plus 5 years of experience. Post bachelorette experience is acceptable. Previous experience to include: developing cloud based applications using Node.js; JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks; consuming and building robust RESTful APIs; building scalable systems with cloud infrastructures including AWS; working with multiple different data storage systems ranging from Redis to SQL; and translating business requirements into technical design.
