Prudentials Alternative Assets Group (AAG) is a unit of the Chief Investment Office, which conducts asset and liability management and portfolio construction for all of Prudentials domestic and international business operations. The Alternative Assets Group is responsible for managing over $15 billion in assets, comprised of private equity and hedge funds, as well as real estate and other investments in real assets.
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
The Investment Performance Reporting and Analysis team within AAG is seeking an investment performance analyst to join the team. The team primarily supports the Alternative Assets Group but also supports other asset managers for the general account. The position reports to the Head of Investment Performance Reporting and Analysis. The candidate will be expected to:
Calculate and reconcile performance returns.
Validate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain cash flows and valuations used for return calculations.
Assist in providing essential investment data to our business partners.
Support the production of client and portfolio management performance reports.
Assist in the operational due diligence of existing and potential new investments.
What youll need:
Bachelors degree, required.
1-3 years of investment performance and/or investment accounting experience
Basic understanding of equities, fixed income securities, and alternative investments
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Advanced Excel skills, required.
Itd be a plus if you had:
CIPM candidate, preferred
Private I, Caissa, Canoe Intelligence, and Exchangelodge experience

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $78,700.00 to $117,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
