| Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Lead Central Sterile Technician the within Office for Clinical Affairs of the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (RSDM). Under the direction of the Senior Associate Dean and Director of Clinics, the Lead Central Sterile Technician, will assist in the day-to-day operations of Central Sterilization. In addition, the Lead Central Sterile Technician maintains all aspects of sterilization procedures related to dental instruments and supplies associated with patient care within the various clinical operators. The Lead Central Sterile Technician is also responsible for handling assigned projects, ensuring all the needs of Central Sterilization are met and providing work direction and guidance.Among the key duties of this position are the following:
