Global HR Product Manager 1400060 A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Global HR Product Manager. The Manager will provide product leadership, quantify the impact of product features, balance business needs against technical constraints, and work closely with stakeholders across various design, development, and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long-term product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has five or more years of experience in product management, specifically with migrating HR modules from one system to another. Global HR Product Manager Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $70-$80/hr * Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 3 days a week) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment Global HR Product Manager Responsibilities: * Define the long-term vision and product strategy for our HR products. * Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and HR goals. * Define in-depth gap analysis of HR functionality offered; document and address gaps during migration process. * Map out functionalities and requirements for migration from Workday HCM to enterprise's proprietary system. * Establish and quantify success criteria for migration. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Monitor HR product performance during each phase of migration, and gather user feedback to continually optimize and enhance features. * Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in. * Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance. Global HR Product Manager Qualifications: * 5+ years of product management. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. * Experience with migrating HR functionality from one system to another. * Experience with end-to-end product delivery. * Experience as a product manager or owner. * Experience owning technology products. * Experience with Workday HCM is preferred. * Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights is preferred. * Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders is preferred.
