Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing & Activation lead to help reach our goals.
As a part of the newly created Growth Marketing function, this role will be responsible developing holistic, performance-driven, digital-first strategies to achieve growth targets. This will require partnering closely with BU marketing teams, agile pod leads and cross-functional partners to translate business and marketing objectives and turn them into build omni-channel marketing plans leveraging data and customer insights.
The ideal candidate is a digital marketing native, has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals and has a passion for identifying new and innovative ways to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business marketing leads to translate priorities into omni-channel growth plans and campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
Ability to seamlessly blend strategy and execution, while understanding the optimal channels and technology to orchestrate journeys that drive new sale and cross-selling opportunities.
Champion the use of insights and data to build the optimal customer journeys. Comfortable with A/B testing roadmaps and translating strategy into actionable experiments.
Partner with Marketing Analytics team to track and measure results. Accountable for ensuring growth plans are meeting and exceeding financial targets while looking for ways to optimize.
Leverage digital marketing knowledge & experience to influence decision making for the optimal mix of paid and owned allocations.
Key liaison between business marketing, functional and channel leads to drive prioritization and ensure value creation is tied to key business segments.
Key liaison to Brand team, ensuring campaigns are optimized throughout the funnel.
Manage external partners to help execute required content, creative and experiences to deliver on objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
9+ years of experience creating omni-channel B2C & B2B growth programs that provide material impact for the business.
Experience managing and optimizing lead generation and ABM campaigns that generate MQL and SQLs.
In-depth knowledge of the ability to maximize performance and effectiveness of email, SEO, web, SMS, social, digital advertising and other digital channels.
A healthy obsession with understanding and translating customer data and insights into actionable plans that deliver value.
Proficient in marketing automation, personalization, analytics platforms and tools. Adobe Cloud experience a plus.
Business and financial acumen with an ability to build business cases and demonstrate the value of marketing.
An experimentation mindset that thrives in a test and learn environment.
Strong EQ and ability to influence internal stakeholders to gain consensus and prioritize outcome-oriented initiatives.
Experience managing external agencies to drive creative excellence.
Comfortable and thrives in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and can deliver outcomes regardless of hierarchy or reporting structure.
Thrives in and embraces an agile environment. Previous experience working in an agile model a plus.
Self-starter, highly organized and has an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Outstanding communications skills and an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within marketing and business teams.
What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
