What You'll Get To Do:
Change Management is about the concepts, technologies, or models that organizations use to manage and reduce disruption when changes impact processes and people. It aims to gain buy-in, increase employee engagement, and re-imagine processes that ensure operations continue to run smoothly and effectively. This position requires close working relationships with key program team members in the plan and implementation of key change management tactics designed to contribute to program success.
Apply a structured methodology, plan and execute change management activities
Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and support mitigation efforts and address the concerns
Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan for various major HR initiatives
Support change impact assessment activities
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner
Execute and coordinate change activities
Facilitate conversations to engage project sponsors and people managers
Be an active and visible coach to enable people managers
Coordinate training activities as needed to support the initiative
Support the monitoring of change progress
Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
3+ years of experience
Minimum Bachelors degree in related field; Masters degree preferred
Certifications in change management, organizational development or related field nice to have
Experience with basic project management
Relevant and successful project management, change management, and/or consulting experience of highly complex, cross functional projects involving change management within a fast-paced, global, and dynamic organization
Experience with human centered design
Experience with online collaboration and facilitation tools
This position will require travel up to 25 percent
Skills:
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally with both technical and non-technical parties
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Comfortable managing multiple tasks on tight timelines

The wage range of $80,000 - $90,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
