Group Details
Tradeweb’s Strategic Relationship Management Team (“SRM”) is responsible for the senior executive relationships with its top clients and partners. SRM conducts detailed analysis to develop account review plans in partnership with Sales & Product to identify opportunities, gaps and/or workflow efficiencies. SRM engages directly with senior client executives on matters of organic growth, strategic partnerships, and/or business development opportunities. SRM also liaise with other regions and divisions to maximize revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Employing data analysis and visualization, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for identified clients. Merge internal data, third-party data, publicly available external data, and qualitative analysis to produce a holistic view of client activity.
Prepare and deliver client-ready materials including client activity evaluations, platform pitchbooks, and summaries of strategic technological and/or market-oriented franchise initiatives. Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels and from multiple disciplinary backgrounds.
Assist SRMs in prioritizing and managing priority clients through quantitative and qualitative means
Keep abreast of relevant government and regulatory action and associated timelines and implementation dates, and produce analyses relating to the impact of any such change on Tradeweb businesses and our client base
Assist with tactical & strategic initiatives across asset classes to maintain Tradeweb’s position as a market leader in electronic trading and the evolution of financial markets.
Qualifications
Experience within at least one domain within Fixed Income (e.g., Interest Rates, Credit, Structured Finance, etc.)
Working knowledge of institutional market participants. Regular and direct interaction a plus
Basic knowledge of FI market structure, current issues, and regulations
Excellent communication skills in a variety of mediums including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, etc.
Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders a plus
Passion for data analysis with emphasis on financial markets data, primarily in Excel
Scripting in Python, JavaScript and/or querying in SQL a plus, Data Visualization in Tableau a plus
Passion for using the information gathered from data analysis to improve an existing product
Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to meet deadlines

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $240,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
