Vice President, Partner Marketing:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Partner Marketing to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this pivotal role will drive strategic marketing initiatives that fuel growth and engagement with our partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B enterprise software landscape, with a proven track record in partner marketing and demand generation. About the Role
In this opportunity as Vice President, Partner Marketing, you will:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable growth.
Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and innovation.
Team Leadership:Inspire and lead a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives.
Demand Generation:Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation.
Performance Optimization:Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Resource Management:Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Industry Insight:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Vice President, Partner Marketing if your background includes:
Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry.
Leadership Skills:Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Demand Generation Expertise:Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry.
Strategic and Analytical Skills:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Adaptability:Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Proven Success:Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.

Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $197,540 - $366,860.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $171,500 - $318,500.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
