Position Summary:
The Value Engineering Product Manager (PM) is responsible for activities related to Business Case Builder, a self-service return on investment calculator tool used to explain a customer's investment in Adobe's Digital Experience and Digital Media products. This role is a part of the Value Engineering team that supports Adobe's Digital Experience and Digital Media sales in progressing/closing enterprise deals.
As PM, you will collaborate with internal (Adobe sales) and external (Adobe customers) team members. Internally, the PM is responsible for crafting value engineering assets/tools, training sales on using them effectively, and being responsible for vendor relationships. Externally, the PM is responsible for testing and optimizing the assets/tools through in-depth customer-facing engagements in partnership with sales.
Responsibilities:
Implement the Scaled Tools product roadmap, ensuring both quality and scalability are prioritized.
Lead content creation and identify high-priority assets through collaboration with team members such as sales, Value Engineering, and vendors.
Drive global sales enablement to increase product usage and sales/customer satisfaction.
Conduct customer-facing engagements (10 annually) with Adobe customers based in Canada to test and optimize tools.
Partner with users and vendors to ensure best-in-class asset/tool quality (i.e., feature enhancements and bug resolution).
Analyze business needs and user experience using Excel, Power BI, CRM data, market research, and user interviews.
Assess and report on performance against key performance indicators.
Develop understanding of Adobe Digital Marketing and Digital Media products and expand your network through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services teams.
Requirements:
Location: United States
5 years of customer-facing and product management or equivalent experience
Proficient in marketing technology solutions and their alignment with crucial business issues, value, and return on investment
Highly analytical; strong focus on using data to drive decisions, define and achieve measurable key results for the product
Familiarity with experience design, user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
Excellent written and communication skills with ability to influence engineers, senior executives, and customers
Ability to easily cross between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation
Strong project management, financial analysis, and business research skills

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
