Technical Project Manager IIPosition OverviewThe Technical Project Manager II plays a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams to execute technical marketing projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of products by coordinating various stakeholders and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of technical marketing projects.Manage product launches from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.Conduct market research to inform project strategies and validate product positioning.Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.Utilize Agile methodologies to oversee project workflows and adapt to changing requirements.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.Analyze data to derive insights that drive strategic decision-making and project improvements.Collaborate on strategy development for digital marketing initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) efforts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or marketing context.Strong understanding of technical marketing concepts and product launch processes.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability in budget management and resource allocation.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research.Knowledge of digital marketing practices and CRM systems is a plus.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
