This Project Manager will support the Sr. Product Manager on the Travel & Events Technology team. This person will be responsible for being POC for internal client event requests and being a liaison with clients as well as Cvent system admin. They will also help the Sr. Product Manager with the implementation and planning of new and existing event technology such as TROOP and Hubli.Responsibilities:- Liaison with senior stakeholders and field event requests, getting a sense of client needs and setting them up with the right parties on the team to execute appropriatelyCvent user management (creation, role assignments, duplicating) and granting access to existing events- Allocate overflow work to external freelance team as well as doing introductions to 3rd party partners as needed- Account email creation / management as well as report creation /management- Cvent portal management (adding users, publishing reports, updating content)- Invoice processing (ensuring correct location being used, collect charge code from requester, obtain approval, prepare for submission)- Monitor team inbox to answer questions and route requests appropriately- Vendor set up in accounting system- Work with the Sr. Product Manager on implementation and planning of new and existing event technology in their tech stack (TROOP, Hubli, etc.)Requirements:- Must have at least 4-5 years of project management experience, specifically within the events industry- Must have extensive knowledge of Cvent- Must have general understanding of event technology and be willing to learn new technology- Must be comfortable in a client-facing role, interfacing with senior-level stakeholders- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment that includes both short-term deadlines and longer-range projects- Must be able to synthesize client and internal feedback to produce high-quality work for all deliverables- Must be able to work independently with limited hand holding- Must be able to work across time zones as neededIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
