We are looking for an experienced manager who is passionate about people, technology, and media.

The Engineering Ads Manager role involves strategic planning, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance ad performance and user engagement. The team focuses on the products and tools that power an ad from creation to delivery and the data that influences the decisions along the way. The team is responsible for delivering highly performant ad experiences across multiple channels, curation tools for building ad campaigns, and ad targeting systems.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing innovative ad solutions that drive business outcomes. As the manager you will help drive the roadmap working alongside your product counterparts, ensuring both technical innovation and business priorities and you will oversee the growth and development of a team of passionate engineers, ensuring both technical and professional growth.

We'lltrust you to:

· Mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

· Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ad experiences.

· Define and execute a strategic roadmap for ad products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Take ownership of technical solutions, development, and delivery to production

· Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career development for team members.

· Explore and evaluate the value of new and emerging web technologies

· Be or become a subject matter expert in the technologies you work with

You'llneed to have:

· 5+ years of experience working with modern frontend technologies like Node.js, React, Vue.js, or Typescript

· 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and coaching technical teams, and influencing third party technology strategy
