Cognizant Sr. Technology Architect - Senior Manager - 63215951 in New York, New York

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 14 to 17 years of experience specializing in FSC technologies and Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security Sharing and Visibility Financial Service Cloud Data Service Cloud Sales Cloud Development & Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio Lightning Integration and Configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business team and help to transform existing application from Sales for FSC.

  • Analysing, strategizing and optimizing the Salesforce platform according to FSC core requirements

  • Map the requirements to the FSC features, categorize enhancements and deep dive on some of the requirements, FSC transition plan

  • Existing vs new org assessment, FSC feature fitment & advisory, best practices and governance around click vs code

  • Org assessment of existing instance, identify customization, custom to FSC objects data dependency between BU/functions

  • Liaising with Developers on their stories required to support development activities

  • Engage with the technical/delivery team during Sprint Planning, Delivery and Quality assurance phases

  • Promote good standards for administration and configuration    

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security.

  • Should have a strong background in SFDC Sharing and Visibility.

  • Must be proficient in Financial Service Cloud.

  • Should have expertise in SFDC Data management.

  • Must have experience in SFDC Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

  • Should be skilled in SFDC Development & Customization.

Certifications Required

  • Salesforce Certified

  • Technical Architect Salesforce Certified

  • Identity and Access Management Architect Salesforce Certified

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 13, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $186,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
