How will you make an impact in this role?

The US Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The US Membership Engagement teams sits nestled within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise. As the Member Services Team, we bring membership to life for our customers with a focus on dining, travel and entertainment lifestyle verticals. As the Senior Analyst for Dining Member Services, you will work closely with a Senior Manager to build new and scale existing series of marketing journeys aimed at dramatically moving the needle on customer engagement with AXP’s Dining/RESY benefits and value. You will lead and support the execution of marketing campaigns (primarily in email and digital channels) as required to hit our engagement goals, ideate on new ways to bring to life our dining value, influence across teams to meet goals and work to ensure a consistent and compelling customer message across the dining journey. Moreover, you will be responsible for leading out on reporting efforts – sharing results, gleaning insights and using these to improve the efficacy of our marketing.

This role is ideal for a customer-centric marketer who is driven to help deliver breakthrough campaigns that set a new standard for personalized marketing and driving results. As the Sr. Analyst in this role, you will collaborate with partners across the organization, including teams from Resy, Global Premium Products, Global Advertising & Brand Management, Marketing Enablement and more. This role is for someone who brings a passion for dining, customer experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flawless execution and a growth mindset to their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development and delivery of the dining roadmap and strategy

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and project management for new and existing customer-first marketing journeys for Dining/RESY, ensuring an integrated experience that drives benefit awareness and usage within targeted populations across channels

  • Execute marketing, ensuring a flawless and compliant customer experience – with a particular focus on email, digital channels and direct mail

  • Lead creative development by partnering with creative agencies to ideate breakthrough campaigns, manage creative approval process with MET partners, ensure accurate set up for successful deployment.

  • Own reporting processes – manage scorecard commentary, track and socialize campaign results, deliver insights and findings to improve evolving curriculum

  • Steer cross-functional team meetings to share updates, learnings, and marketing opportunities across key stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with key team members across US Consumer Marketing Services, RESY, and Enterprise Marketing Platforms Solutions

  • Maintain Resy Marketing Toolkit working with Resy, Premium Product, and GTM teams to ensure timely updates during product/benefit launches and refreshes

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of marketing experience; experience with or strong interest in digital marketing (email) preferred

  • Highly motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to change.

  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.

  • Intellectually curious with a passion for dining and a drive to challenge the status quo.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and operate autonomously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing internal partners.

  • Comfortable with deck building in PowerPoint, with an eye for design and storytelling.

  • Eager to learn and contribute to a high-profile, results-driven, and fun team.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
