Full Job DescriptionQualifications and Skills Experience: At least 12-15 years of experience in software testing, with a significant portion in a leadership and architect role. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), Performance testing ( LoadRunner) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, and to drive the adoption of new practices and technologies. Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements (Functional / NFR) and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes Lead the development of custom testing tools and frameworks as needed. Champion the adoption of new testing practices and tools across the organization.Design and Development of Testing Strategies Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage of test cases. Ensure that testing methodologies adhere to industry standards and best practices.Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with Scrum team, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives. Communicate testing strategies, status, and results to various stakeholders, including senior management. Ensure that testing activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between QA teams and other departments. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts and communicate the progress with stakeholdersQuality Assurance Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with software releases. Conduct post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement in the testing process. Ensure that software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.SkillsPRIMARY COMPETENCY : Architect PRIMARY SKILL : Architect-Solution Architect PRIMARY SKILL PERCENTAGE : 100
