Job Title: Social Media Content Summer Student

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid 2 days onsite (Tuesday, Thursday preferred)

Hours/Schedule: Part time (20-25 hours per week)

Type: Contract (3 months)

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic student for a unique opportunity to join us this summer and work closely with the marketing team to grow the awareness, brand advocacy, and consumer relationships of a growing cosmetics brand. The role will focus on content creation, social media, and community management. This is a great opportunity to work alongside Social Media, Marketing, and Creative teams to gain experience in content creation and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging video content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Assist in community management, brand partnerships, execution and ad-hoc content needs for brand channels

• Work closely with the Social Leads to plan out social content for the upcoming weeks

• Stay up to date on trending audios and memes to create on-the-fly content that our audience will love

  Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed

• Ability and willingness to work a part-time, hybrid work schedule out of the SoHo office location

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, & community management

• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

• Interest in the skincare space
