ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior System Reliability Engineers at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Responsible for streamlining the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure seamless and efficient deployment of software updates, facilitating rapid iteration and delivery cycles for enhanced productivity and quality assurance. Oversee, and fortify the dependability and efficiency of our systems with the dynamic capabilities of Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and logging to ensure scarce downtime and seamless service delivery to our customers. Enhance system resilience and scalability by adeptly pinpointing and preemptively tackling potential issues and bottlenecks to avert future disruptions. Foster and uphold detailed documentation encompassing system architecture, processes, and procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for seamless operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership about system performance, issues, and improvements. Work closely with platform teams and lifion developer teams to ensure new features and changes are implemented with reliability and scalability in mind. Engage actively in the evolution of our cloud environments, applications, and tools, perpetually enhancing both technology and the associated processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement. Oversee multiple projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating seamlessly to integrate diverse products, fostering cohesion and efficiency across all facets of operations.SALARY: $127,054 to $183,700 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Cloud-native infrastructure; Agile methodologies including scrum and Kanban; DevOps tools, JIRA, industry standard monitoring tools; Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript; Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure or Google cloud; Software engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE) model and DevOps paradigms; Node js.
