Position Summary

As a leading performance agency, we are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Social Strategist to join our Social team, reporting to the Social Director. This role will support day-to-day client work across healthcare accounts, ensuring the successful execution of social and influencer strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the crafting of impactful recommendations and provide thought leadership to help achieve client goals. The Senior Social Strategist will work closely with the Social Director, collaborating with teams across social and influencer marketing to deliver cohesive, audience-centric strategies. A passion for social trends, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies for unbranded and branded healthcare campaigns.
  • Assist in defining campaign objectives and influencer approaches, including determining roles, rollout plans, influencer types and tiers, and vetting criteria.
  • Manage aspects of the RFP process, including network partner outreach, proposal review, influencer selection assessment, and campaign term negotiations with oversight from the Social Director.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on influencer talent outreach, vetting, contracting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and refine influencer briefs outlining campaign goals, content requirements, deliverables, and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with creative teams on content development and ensure adherence to compliance, campaign guidelines and boosting requirements.
  • Assist in building measurement studies and align survey questions to assess campaign effectiveness and performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign performance reports, integrating insights from paid social, influencer strategy, and agency contributions.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform recommendations and educate clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, keeping internal teams informed and clients educated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Present strategies and recommendations to clients with clear communication and insight-driven storytelling.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions to improve the quality of client deliverables.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of strategy experience
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned environments, including community management, social best practices and content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Background working with influencers and developing influencer strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, community dynamics, and compliance requirements.
  • Deadline-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical experience with today's social listening, community management, and measurement tools. Experience with Quid and Pathmatics is preferred
  • Passionate about building a positive and enthusiastic agency culture.
  • Adept at providing clear and constructive feedback to clients and internal teams.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000 USD
