Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in: PowerPoint, Keynote, Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, Photoshop, Illustrator or good old fashioned Pen & Paper

• Able to create dynamic presentations with animation

• Enjoy creating a vision that others describe to you, and are an expert at bringing that vision to life for presenting to a larger audience

• The ability to organize information (e.g., layout design, infographics, general organization)

• Ability to transform and extend existing visual brand guidelines to new storytelling formats

• You see life as a challenge, constantly pushing yourself to learn and grow as technology changes

• A risk taker, eager to experiment with new approaches to presentation design, technology, emerging presentation platforms, and incorporate them into your work

• Flexible and able to manage outrageous requests under immense pressure and tight deadlines

• Maintain high quality on creative and presentation deliverables

• Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure

• Team-oriented and collaborative

• Positive attitude

• Comfortable working alongside Senior Leadership

• Comfortable working closely with clients

Qualifications

To qualify, you’ll need:

• Four year degree (Fine or Graphic Arts degree a plus)

• 5-7 years of design and strong interactive/digital work experience preferred

• Creative Portfolio

• Substantial comfort level working with PCs and Macs

• Extremely detail oriented

• Ability to transfer design skills to multiple channels

• Seasoned in working under tight deadlines without taking your eye off the ball

• Solid working knowledge of the latest versions of design programs

• Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $79,990 - $125,925. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
