As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll architect and execute digital advertising strategies that drive measurable impact for Amazon's largest brands. What We're Looking For:

• A digital advertising strategist who thrives on solving complex challenges with data-driven solutions

• Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, including advanced DSP and SSP platforms

• Strong track record of building and scaling successful digital advertising programs

• Excellence in stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels

• Passion for innovation and ability to identify opportunities in emerging ad tech

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools

Key job responsibilities

• Lead strategic programmatic advertising initiatives for major Amazon brands, from strategy development to execution and optimization

• Partner with internal Supply teams to orchestrate high-impact advertising programs that deliver exceptional results

• Pioneer new approaches to digital advertising, leveraging Amazon's extensive ad tech ecosystem

• Drive innovation in measurement and effectiveness, establishing new standards for success

• Shape the future of Amazon's advertising solutions by providing strategic input to product teams

• Build and scale sophisticated digital advertising programs that set new benchmarks for performance

About the team

The Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA) team is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our portfolio ranges from sponsored, display, video, and custom ads to insights and reporting. With tailored solutions for all businesses, we offer flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic to help optimize strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
