What You Will Do:

The Senior Commercial Finance Manager of Caribe Territory, for CPD and LDB, will be a key member of both the Sales and Finance organization. The Senior Manager is the right hand of the Caribe Commercial Leads and sets the division’s customer frame while being included in the sales leadership team. This position is responsible for both P&L (gross to net sales) and balance sheet management of all categories of business involving budgets, trends, three-year plans and actuals reporting.  In doing so, the Senior Manager will be required to work across various financial systems (Compass, SAP, APEX).

  • Influence across finance and sales leadership team.

  • Creation and coordination of all commercial budgets/trends, including presenting to senior management  

  • Sales performance and profitability analysis across all retailers.

  • Communication of risks and opportunities

  • Liaise with cross functional teams (sales, demand planning, accounting, divisional finance). 

  • Ensure financial compliance and accurate reporting

  • Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects 

    What We Are Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or accounting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration or Accounting 

  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership, oral and written communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. 

  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management. 

  • Strong computer skills required; must have expert-level experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/CPA preferred. 

  • Consumer products industry experience  

  • Financial reporting experience and use of SAP or similar systems highly desirable. 

  • Power BI and visualization dashboards a plus.

  • Data analytics skills as a plus.

    Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

    Salary Range : $117,400 - $167,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
