Currently the team is looking for an experienced Sr. FP& A Manager to partner with internal stakeholders. This role will develop and manage a significant marketing budget, ensuring alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include leading global budgeting and forecasting processes for marketing, PER, PMO, and G& A, bringing clarity to financial performance. The Sr. FP& A Manager will also provide critical financial insights and challenge marketing ROIs to drive reporting and analytics using cutting-edge BI tools. One of the most critical functions of this exciting role is offering deep insights into product segmentation and financial performance. Finally, the Sr. FP& A Manager will work closely with the Global FP& A Director to streamline financial processes, improve efficiencies and implement new financial systems to enhance visibility and help scale faster and smarter.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or CPG industries.
A passion for financial excellence, coupled with a hands-on approach to data analysis and financial modeling.
Strong proficiency in BI tools, data analytics, and building insightful financial reports.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with teams at all levels.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
