Performs financial analysis and company evaluations, using precedent transactions, public comparables and discounted cash flow. Develops complex financial models (including mergers and acquisition, leveraged buyout and ability to pay analysis) to predict implications of financial structures, macro trends and projection assumptions. Leads the structuring and execution of M&A, equity and debt financing transactions and works closely with internal and external senior executives.Required: Master's Degree in business, finance or a related field plus 24 months experience in job offered or in business, finance, investment or investment banking. Must have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate and work experience in developing complex financial models to predict the implication of financial structures, macro trends and projection assumptions
