As KREWE grows, we are seeking a Senior E-commerce Associate to join our team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of E-commerce. In this role, you will collaborate on site merchandising strategy to drive conversion, reduce bounce rates, and increase sell-thru, while owning all merchandising execution. You will monitor and report on key metrics, provide insights to inform channel strategies, and support product launches from planning through execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, planning, and design, to ensure seamless product updates and overall site optimization. As the key point of contact for e-commerce product strategy, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence, enhancing the customer journey, and meeting KPIs to support business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sr. Manager of Ecommerce on site merchandising strategy to drive decreased bounce rate, increased conversion, and sell-thru rate against planning and ecomm’s KPIs. Own all merchandising execution.
Serve as a key facilitator of ecommerce channel merchandising & product strategy, support channel owners on respective merch strategies. Will closely monitor & report against sell-thru rate to inform channel strategies and remain in lockstep with planning to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Partner with Sr. Manager of Ecomm to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key site metrics as well as merchandising & product sell-thru performance. This data should include insights, recommendations, and action items on a granular level to inform & improve overall digital marketing strategy.
Regularly review & recommend improvements to critical path. Partner with digital marketing channel leaders to understand & quantify their tactics as it relates to critical path, providing insights and recommendations.
Expertise in Shopify to own the coordination & execution of all site content updates, inclusive of: strategizing needed updates, briefing to the UX/UI designer, QA’ing, and performance tracking & reporting.
End-to-end execution over product launches on site, inclusive of: product uploads, content uploads, QA’ing, and cross-functional coordination between planning, photo, copy, ecomm, and brand.
Collaborate closely with brand & creative to track and report against site creative to drive forward a data-backed creative strategy across the site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce / digital marketing
Proficient in Shopify merchandising , including product catalog management, optimizing product listings, creating promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience through effective use of Shopify's tools and features.
Familiarity with website analytics tools , A/B testing, and SEO best practices.
Experience with website optimization for speed, user experience (UX), and mobile performance.
Ability to analyze sales data to identify trends, product performance, and customer behavior.
Experience with creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Strong ability to identify issues (e.g., website bugs, payment issues) and implement effective solutions.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000 annually
