Responsibilities Partner with Product, Engineering, User Research and other teams to solve problems and identify opportunities; establish KPIs and metrics for measuring the effectiveness of personalized monetization strategies, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns in data through probability and statistical analysis and automate the data collection processes; Present information using data visualization techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product improvement roadmap and optimize overall project goals. Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information. Perform exhaustive independent research, develop and leverage a time series prediction framework for periodic demand change to backend strategy adjustment with scientific approaches. Build and maintain pipelines, reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor product performance. Mentor junior and intern Data Scientists. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Using SQL queries and data visualization tools to gather, process, visualize, and analyze large quantities of data to detect trends and anomalies in support of business opportunity identification; Analyzing large quantities of data to detect anomalies using Python and statistical analysis techniques; Developing machine learning models in Python; and Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to mitigate insufficiencies models based on model performance, regulations, and business requirements.
