Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and customer requests. Develop sophisticated and complex reports and dashboards in support of customer requests. Interact with technical and business teams to design, build and support complex reporting systems. Test systems for security, scalability and stability. Work with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities. Define and implement security interfaces between reporting platform and Medidata-specific security, constructs DevOps. Deploy mindset to automate code deployment. Mentor junior level team members. Telecommuting permitted. Job Requirements: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a business or developer-related occupation. Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills: 1.Business Objects Web Intelligence Report development, Universe Designer, SAP Business Objects administration and performance optimization;2.Three of the following SQL programming and database technologies: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Redshift, Snowflake;3.Develop efficient, testable, and well-documented code and interacting with security subsystems;4.Object-oriented design patterns with Java and SDKs and perform Java CI/CB/CD using Maven, Jenkins, and/or Artifactory;5.JIRA and Agile/Sprint planning methodology; 6.Experience in Data Warehousing concepts, Data Modeling and ETL Data flows; and7.Experience in leading team and mentoring junior level team members.Employment and background checks may be required.
