Overview
As a Senior-level QA Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to maintain the highest standards of quality in our deliverables. Your expertise in accessibility testing, and back-end and front-end testing is desirable in guaranteeing the success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities
Assist the Quality Assurance team with testing emails and web applications across numerous browsers on computers, tablets, and phones for assigned client projects.
Analyze the Design, Functional, and Tech Specification Documentation
Design and Write Test Cases per manual execution.
Execute Manual Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
Conduct accessibility testing to ensure our campaigns are compliant with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
Document and track bugs in our central tracking systems (Jira and Confluence).
Perform back-end and front-end testing to validate the integrity and functionality of our growing component library systems supporting our email campaigns.
Work with content management systems (CMS) such as Marketo to test and maintain the components powering our email campaigns.
Experience using JIRA to document and track defects, collaborate with development teams for resolution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
Manage multiple testing assignments taking direction from team leadership and working collaboratively with other QA Analysts
Clearly communicate progress on assignments to assigned supervisor or team members, as appropriate, bringing issues to the team’s attention proactively
Take the initiative to learn all aspects of Quality Assurance and support the team on all necessary areas of delivery for our clients.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and automation to enhance our testing processes. Maintain a solid understanding of QA workflows and testing best practices.
Qualifications
You have 3-5 years of work experience using various operating systems on desktops, tablets, and phones.
Desired experience in testing templates and components in a CMS tool (e.g., Marketo and AEM).
Desired experience with automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium using Java.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You have a deep understanding of what web browsers are and what they do. You know how to use DevTools.
You are passionate about technology.
You enjoy tinkering and figuring out "how things work."
You process information methodically.
You have strong listening skills with the ability to take direction well.
You have an analytical mindset that you can apply to solve problems.
You are proactive, eager to learn, and take the initiative.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $137.195 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
