Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for managing assigned client engagements and leading the agency team to successful completion of work on assigned projects. The Senior Account Manager will oversee internal resources & agency leads assigned to a client engagement, with direct responsibility for delivering work on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy. The role interfaces with client teams as a day-to-day contact, fields questions, brings clarity to campaign delivery needs, and adds values at all stages of the campaigns. The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management skills, and be a motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful client management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client deliverables– timing, costs, creative, reviews, meetings, and communications.

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact on assigned projects in a fast-paced atmosphere; workload prioritization skills are a must for success.

  • Balance daily client requests to ensure on-time delivery of projects that align with client goals and vision.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the overarching strategy on all assigned projects.

  • Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions.

  • Assist senior account leadership staff in client communication and management by developing and distributing conference notes/reports, scheduling client meetings and communicating status of initiatives to relevant internal and client stakeholders.

  • Oversee and run team status meetings to align internal stakeholders on priorities and goals of the meeting/projects.

  • Assist senior account leadership staff in development of strategy presentations, communication plans, element/creative briefs and other client-mapping deliverables.

  • Be passionate about understanding client’s business and the associated news regarding the company; update internal teams on any pertinent news.

  • Assist in identifying business challenges and competitive insights.

  • Coordinate client input/feedback and share feedback with internal teams.

  • Ensure the final deliverables on projects meet the quality and expectations of the agency and the client.

  • Build lasting client and agency relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years professional experience in an account management role in a marketing or advertising environment. Agency experience preferred.

  • Experience with multiple advertising and digital marketing channels such as, digital, email, video, web, social, print, and TV is required.

  • Solid understanding of direct marketing best practices.

  • Passionate curiosity of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.

  • Be able to form trusting relationships internally and externally.

  • Ability to build good client relationships.

  • Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to juggle several projects with minimal supervision and tasks simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to consistently deliver high quality work to tight deadlines and when under pressure.

  • Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Can tailor communications and style to different stakeholders and personality types.

  • Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction.

Compensation Range: $72,450 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
