Develop CRMA platform expertise, advising on solutions that adhere to platform best practices, and performing peer code reviews - typical CRMA implementations will include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow, Binding solutions, BigQuery integration, environment management and deployment processes (CICD). Configure data sources to extract the necessary data from disparate sources. Develop SQL-based datasets as needed for the Sales Operations Business. Work within a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and data engineers focused on all aspects of the ad sales business at Spotify (sales, marketing, billing, etc.). Generate ad-hoc reports as needed for solution design and research. Perform other administrator tasks as needed (updating workflows, process builders, validation rules, etc.). Monitor data quality and maintaining data integrity and accuracy, including record cleansing and duplicate record management. Analyze reporting requirements and writing custom reports for end-users. Interface with business stakeholders in the Sales, Revenue Operations and FP&A teams. Develop and maintain solution design and up-to-date user documentation. Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or training. *Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed in any location in the U.S.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR a Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience (or one year of experience with a Master’s degree) with the following: all aspects of Salesforce Administration including the permission and security model, configuration, validation, and workflows; SAQL, SOQL, JSON and XMD languages; CRM Analytics (fka TableauCRM), dashboard visualization, security predicates, complex binds and dataflow definitions; working with large, complex Salesforce organizations and Sales Analytics; Google BigQuery and complex SQL; and Salesforce sandbox environment management and deployment processes.SALARY: $143,499 to $215,249/ yearWORK SCHEDULE: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week.
