Global Transaction Advisory Group
A& M's Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in New York, NY. TAG is a subsidiary of A& M, an established leader in providing global leadership and advisory services to a variety of diverse industries. A& M TAG is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Manager to grow corporate relationships and market share.
What will you be doing?
Role Description:
- Digital Content Manager will report directly to the Global TAG Head of Relationship Management and the Senior Director of Marketing .
- Digital Content Manager will focus on digital content development and will develop and execute content and campaign strategies that enhance brand awareness, support relationship manages and drive business growth.
- Digital Content Manager will need to possess creativity and analytical skills to utilize data and insights to drive meaningful and unique content across our channels.
- Digital Content Manager must understand account-based marketing. Will need leverage ABM to drive targeted content & campaigns.
Principal Responsibilities for TAG US and Global TAG :
- Own Social Media Management
- Own and manage our social media platforms employee advocacy programs. Developing content strategies for leaders utilizing the program and managing library of content available to employees in the system.
- Develop and execute content strategies for A& M social media platforms to increase engagement and followers.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark social media performance against industry standards and competitors.
- Establish and track KPIs specific to social media goals (e.g., follower growth, sentiment analysis).
- Track and report on the ROI of organic social media effort s.
- Support Content Creation & Management
- Plan, manage and support writing of content including blog posts, articles, reports infographics and video scripts.
- Manage and maintain Global TAG content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Work with design to ensure all reports, infographics, videos, and campaigns are visually strong and brand compliant.
- Track and report on the ROI of all organic content efforts.
- Demand & Lead Generation Campaign Creation
- Partner with Senior Director of Marketing and use data insights to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and drive demand for products or services.
- Partner with key stakeholders to evolve CRM to better track leads and evaluate performance of demand-generation initiatives.
- Thoroughly understand client journey and sales funnel to identify trends, opportunities, and behaviors to better inform marketing strategy
- Web Development & Management
- Manage and support publication of high-quality, relevant, SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure all content and landing pages for Global TAG are consistent with regards to branding, tone & messaging
- Partner with team to implement heatmaps and behavior tracking tools to help identify user behavior on website.
- Recommend updates to maximize content & landing page performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three to five years marketing related work experience - preferably in content marketing, digital marketing or demand generation.
- Proven track record of managing successful content campaigns resulting in marketing qualified leads
- Familiarity and experience with various marketing technology/ tools including CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com), CMS - content management system and analytics tools
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong interpersonal and teaming skills
- Self-motivated and inquisitive
- Comfortable with multi-tasking with minimal direct supervision
- High degree of proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications including power point, word and excel

The salary range is $125, 000 - $150, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
