Company: ExlService.com, LLC Location:New York, NY & various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.Position Title: Project Manager (EXL09)Job Description:The Project Manager at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to extract insights, forecast trends and inform strategic decisions in analytics projects. Lead the development and implementation of latest machine learning models to address complex business challenges, enhance operational efficiency and unlock new opportunities for innovation. Ensure models arescalable, reliable and integrated seamlessly into business processes. Identify and evaluate new technologies,tools, methodologies to enhance organization’s analytics capabilities. Drive the adoption of innovative solutions that improve data processing, analysis, visualization, to keep the organization at the forefront ofdata science advancements. Facilitate cross functional collaboration to ensure data insights and analytics solutions are effectively integrated into organizational strategies and processes. Work on research initiativesto explore emerging technologies and best practices in data science, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven models and analytics solutions. Implement refinements and optimizations to improve accuracy, efficiency and business impact, to ensure organization’s data assets are leveraged to their fullest potential. Work closely with IT and engineering teams to plan and enhance the data infrastructure and architecture. Mentor junior data scientists. Influence organizational strategy and direction through the presentation of compelling data narratives and evidence based conclusions. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.Job Requirements:Requires Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, economics, mathematics, analytics or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered in Statistician or a related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in the following: (1) SQL (2) cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP or Azure (3) Deep learning, Natural Language Processing, and machine learning techniques, including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, XGBoost, RandomForest, and LightGBM (4) Implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms and analysis using Python, Pyspark, R programming, and SAS (5) Building machine learning models through all phases of development, including design, training, evaluation, validation and deployment (6) Working with data visualization tools including Tableau and Quicksight; (7) Data Modeling, Warehousing, and building ETL pipelines; and (8) exploratory data analysis, including data cleaning and exploration. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered in statistics, economics, mathematics, analytics or a related field in lieu of a Master’s degree plus three (3) year of experience in the job offered Statistician or a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
