Job Description Summary
This role is HYBRID to sit in NYC Office.
This role owns the business operations outcomes and standardization of Account Management Activities supporting the day-to-day operations of the Executive Account Director (EAD) and client portfolio. This role will support the programs impacting the regional delivery teams for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Project & Development Services (PDS), Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) and Overall Account Management (AM). The Program Manager will own playbook updates, process creation and implementation, quality checks on existing processes, analytics and reporting related to KPIs/Metrics, and other needs as identified by managers. A key function of this role will be supporting the Account teams with their deliverables.
Job Description
Responsibilities
This individual is responsible for working with the EAD and the respective Account Directors and Peers to provide operational leadership support to all aspects of the business
This role will ensure that administrative and operational functions are provided to the respective teams in an efficient and effective manner
In addition, this individual will be responsible for service delivery oversight for operations functions and staff throughout the sub-regions, and will work closely with the EAD in a support function to implement strategic initiatives
As a Program Manager, this individual will ensure there is sufficient front office support and act as a steward for operational excellence initiatives
Operational & Reporting
Creatively solve problems to ensure appropriate accountability is maintained with respective workstreams and are operating in an efficient and effective manner
Develop and support the EAD with the development of annual business plans, operations plan, stating priorities, timelines and responsibilities
Implement programs to ensure that Cushman & Wakefield is recognized as an industry leader as well as a best place to work
Collaborate in the development of strategic planning with the leadership team and develop short- and long-range operating objectives, policies and programs
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and internal company processes and systems are in place
Ensure consistent delivery of services by maintaining playbooks and communicating new process clearly
Strategic Planning & Coordination
Collaborate cross-functionally with counterparts in other workstreams in order to learn and utilize best operational practices and offer innovation to the clients
Foster coordination and communication with the leadership team to develop and implement an annual plan for developing a high quality, collaborative work environment
Spearhead training programs for employees and coordinate appropriately
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
4+ years of related experience or training, Or any similar combination of education and experience
Highly analytical, organized and detail oriented with strong math and communication skills
Strong knowledge of presentation creation, strong writing skills, research experience and analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational savvy, emotional intelligence, keen judgment and problem solving
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Demonstrated adherence to the highest ethical standards and professionalism
Experience with design software such as Adobe suite and Google Office suite/Microsoft Office suite
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 - $110,000.00
