Broadridge is hiring a Professional Services Engagement Lead to join Broadridges Consulting business. In this role you will work with our leaders in Broadridge Consulting to grow Broadridges consulting capability and associated revenue through consulting services. This position reports to the Delivery Head of Broadridge Consulting.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development
Work with practice leaders to develop consulting value propositions / offerings
Lead or support the management of the entire life cycle of a consulting sales process to a client. Work with practice leaders to develop pursuits (through working with existing consulting clients and through sales and account management teams), support client pitches, launch projects
Deliver with Quality
Manage, guide engagement teams that are delivering consulting engagements. Develop analytical approaches, delegate work to consultants, analysts, SMEs, monitor progress, product high quality deliverables, ensure high level of client satisfaction
Drive towards on-time and on-budget delivery of consulting engagements
Lead Development of Thought Leadership Collateral
Lead teams to create thought leadership (industry perspectives) that will make clients want to engage with Broadridge Consulting
Create toolkits and playbooks that make delivery easier, follow a repeatable model and bring to clients Broadridges collective experience
Develop Junior Consultants
- Train and mentor junior consultants in the consulting discipline
Collaborate with Broadridge Network
Work closely with Broadridge colleagues from outside Professional Services (e.g., Product, Sales, Business Development) to bring the best of Broadridge to clients
Lead, participate and contribute to companywide efforts, e.g., Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent required, and an MBA or equivalent preferred
You should have 5-8 years of experience in Financial Services or with a consulting firm in the Wealth Management area. Mix of financial services operations and consulting experience preferred
Skills/Competencies:
Willingness and ability to understand the Operations and Technology landscape at Financial Services firms
Familiarity with financial services language (lexicon, taxonomy)
Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written
Ability to face-off with senior clients through demonstrating a reasonable degree of executive presence
Collaborative workstyle and with a desire to develop others
Salary Range: $185,000 to $200,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
