Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. Managed within the Corporate & B2B Product Management (CBPM) organization, the Business Travel Account is a critical payment solution for our most valuable corporate customers. Our BTA product team spearheads the creation of best-in-class manged travel spend experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of US G&L and International GCG customers. We are seeking for a Product Analyst to support the growth and development of our corporate travel payments product. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights, supporting strategic analysis, and ensuring effective reporting on product performance. You will also take ownership of certain aspects of product projects, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to help shape the direction of new product features and improvements.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support product reporting & analysis: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

  • Deliver insights for strategic decision-making: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product usage to support roadmap planning and business strategy

  • Lead aspects of product projects: Take ownership of specific product initiatives, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and effective problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to assess complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

  • Business decision support: Experience in using data to inform product strategy, assess feature performance, and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Project ownership & collaboration: Ability to take initiative in managing key aspects of product projects and work effectively with cross-functional team.

  • Effective communication & storytelling: Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling narratives that align stakeholders and support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of corporate travel payments & workflows: Familiarity with travel booking systems, expense management, and payment reconciliation to provide deeper insights and recommendations.

  • Experience supporting product launches or enhancements: Demonstrated ability to analyze pre- and post-launch data, measure success, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
