Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in healthcare or academic settings. Proven experience in independently leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Strong expertise in working with large, complex datasets, including conducting analyses and generating actionable insights. Hands-on experience with nursing data and familiarity with datasets such as NHSN, NCQA-HEDIS, and NDNQI. Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Certifications in data analytics or nursing informatics. Experience with nursing quality and safety data systems.
