Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients and leaders, coaching them on impactful projects and building organizational commitment to action. Insight Generation: Develop frameworks and problem-solving approaches to address ill-defined problems and generate powerful solutions with far-reaching implications. Problem Solving: Provide thought leadership to design analytic models that address complex problems by incorporating client context and broad industry knowledge. Results Delivery: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, market trends, and client needs. Focus on high-value, innovative solutions. Teamwork: Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment, demonstrating approachability and transparency while energizing the team. Communication: Deliver compelling, clear communications that influence senior audiences and motivate action. Structure communications to effectively convey complex ideas. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Preferred: Master's degree in a related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in healthcare or academic settings. Proven experience in independently leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Strong expertise in working with large, complex datasets, including conducting analyses and generating actionable insights. Hands-on experience with nursing data and familiarity with datasets such as NHSN, NCQA-HEDIS, and NDNQI. Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Certifications in data analytics or nursing informatics. Experience with nursing quality and safety data systems.
