What will you be doing and learning?
Support website updates by assisting in launching product pages and managing web content.
Contribute to website migration efforts by helping with community platform transitions.
Assist in AI tool management by supporting the training, testing, and maintenance of custom GPTs.
Analyze user behavior by reviewing HotJar recordings and heatmaps to gather insights.
Support campaign execution by shadowing Digital Marketing Specialists (DMS) and assisting with campaign tasks.
Manage project workflows by entering new campaigns and tactics into Asana.
Participate in campaign planning by attending stand-up meetings and gaining insights into strategy development.

Skills / Knowledge:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
Basic understanding of digital marketing, market research, or web operations
Experience with web content management systems and analytics tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environments
This internship is eligible for remote participation, excluding the following locations: Arizona, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming. This internship will be on a hybrid schedule for those candidates that are within a commutable distance to our New York, NY ;Boston, MA; or Austin, TX offices
