Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Receptionist to be a part of our team. The role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer queries. The individual will also be tasked with supervising customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions. The position is based in New York, New York, 10065, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Managing front desk operations

• Greeting and checking in patients

• Handling phone calls and emails

• Confirming appointments and scheduling

• Ordering and managing medical equipment

• Utilizing CRM software for customer relationship management

• Administration of benefits and claims

• Conducting audits and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations

• Handling COBRA administration tasks.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is crucial.

• Knowledge in using Ceridian software is necessary.

• The candidate must be adept at CRM usage.

• Experience with Dayforce software is a must.

• The applicant must understand 401k - RRSP Administration.

• Auditing skills are required for the role.

• The candidate must be conversant with Benefit Functions.

• Experience in Claim Administration is mandatory.

• The applicant should have knowledge of Cobra Administration.
