Assist with the integration and testing of systems and subsystems. Manage and coordinate integration efforts between Public Safety IT subsystems and the NG9-1-1 system. Lead technical discussions in integration planning and manage associated action items. Coordinate with project leads and subcontractors to review all required interfaces with the NG9-1-1 system. Provide test cases for SAT and SIT, identify risks related to integration activities, and assist the SDE team, project leads, and subcontractors in setup and interface testing. Verify interfaces in the production environment and support the test team in conducting end-to-end system integration testing. Minimum 12 years of experience in a technical and/or business application, product, platform, or methodology. Expertise in managing Ansible Playbooks, roles, group variables, and inventory files. Experience in developing and integrating Ansible roles and Playbooks for server configuration. Proficiency in Git/GitLab integration with Ansible for CI/CD workflows. Experience with infrastructure automation through Ansible for provisioning, deployment, and configuration updates. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting Ansible scripts and workflows. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles and tools. Proficiency in enterprise storage solutions, VMware technologies, and Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.). Experience with RHEL technologies and working in team-oriented environments. Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Knowledge of OpenShift and RHEL technologies is a plus. Experience in public safety environments and/or NYC government work is an advantage. Excellent communication, business writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
