As a Trading Services Associate within the Physical Metals Operations team, you will be an integral part of the Global Commodities team, working closely with the New York office. You will collaborate with the Metals trading and sales desks, providing end-to-end trade support and ensuring smooth settlement of metal transactions. Your role will be crucial in maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, contributing to the success of our market-leading metals business.
Job responsibilities
Facilitate physical settlement of metal for JPM and its clients
Arrange logistics and shipments between different physical metal storage locations
Operate effective controls and reconciliations
Interact daily with partners across the business
Manage relationships with vendors and clients
Support project work and ongoing change initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven ability to meet and maintain tight deadlines
Flexible approach to work and adaptability to change
Personal responsibility for tasks and actions
Effective and efficient work with a focus on detail and accuracy

- Commodity experience, preferably in metals
