Reporting on marketing strategies, development and progress of the Divisions residential real estate activities; Conducting extensive market research on potential new business, targeting the Japanese market in the Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn metropolitan area; Performing market analysis based on sales data and the current real estate market data in the Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn metropolitan area; and Advising clients on real estate sales/purchases/rentals in the Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn metropolitan area based on current market data. Requirements - Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in any field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience with real estate market research and competitive market pricing. Special skills - Experience researching new markets and luxury and high-priced rental markets.
