Overview

Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group seeks a marketing coordinator, based out of our New York Office. As our practice continues to grow and expand, we have a need for a Marketing Coordinator to support, coordinate and execute strategic internal and external marketing initiatives. This role will work directly with the Healthcare Industry Group's Senior marketing manager to support marketing initiatives developed to enhance our brand in the marketplace. This role will also have responsibilities for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, digital marketing efforts and event management. This person needs to be capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with the ability to collaborate across a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Overall attention to quality and detail will be the primary focus.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the firm's business objectives.


Administrative & Project Support
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project tracking tools.
  • Maintain databases for leads, contacts, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Handle invoices, budget tracking, and expense reporting for marketing activities.
  • Maintain internal database of staff Bios and Case Studies
  • Support internal committees related to Marketing function as needed


Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
  • Help maintain CRM systems to track leads, contacts, and campaign and event performance.


Content & collateral development
  • Develop client-focused collateral such as pitch decks, brochures, and one-pagers.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by coordinating content development for white papers, case studies, and industry insights.


Event Coordination
  • Plan and manage firm-sponsored events, client roundtables, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, develop promotional materials, and ensure a strong follow-up strategy to nurture leads.
  • Assist in developing post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads.


Requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention for detail and accuracy
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Cvent, Pardot
  • 1 - 2 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, particularly for developing client-ready presentations.

The salary range is $50, 000 - $65, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD& D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
