Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance group (“C&W EDSF”) is a premier capital markets team providing solutions for complex transactions on behalf of institutional, corporate, and private investment clients offering a range of debt advisory services including construction, bridge and permanent financing throughout the capital stack including first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine financings and preferred equity.
The role reports into the Director of the Financial Analysis Hub, an Advisory shared services platform supporting Capital Markets brokerage within the Americas. The Financial Analysis Hub specializes in valuation modeling and advanced commercial real estate analytics, providing best-in-class financial analysis support across various product types for the benefit of our clients and key stakeholders.
Position Summary
The Capital Markets Financial Analysis (“CMFA”) Hub Manager is a CMFA subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day management of the Financial Analysis Hub’s delivery of financial analysis on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance (“EDSF”) brokerage services. In this role, the CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on the execution of EDSF financial analysis and marketing deliverable requests by providing direction, conducting quality control reviews, and lending subject matter expertise to a team of financial analysts. The CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on team member development and performance and partners with Americas Capital Markets EDSF brokerage teams to identify support needs while ensuring alignment on service delivery expectations. The role serves as a key contributor to Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub’s continued maturity with involvement in training and onboarding activities, implementing standardized workflow processes, sharing industry best practices, and identifying growth and continuous improvement opportunities to ensure sustained delivery of high-quality and scalable support services for the benefit of C&W EDSF brokers.
The ideal candidate will be based in one of the following markets: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C. and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office (hybrid schedule permitted). Team members may be expected to work various time zones, depending on the product type and markets they service.
Job Description
Essential Duties
Oversee the delivery of strategic insights and recommendations to C&W Americas EDSF brokers based on analysis findings; refine analyses by providing subject matter expertise on the market, property, or commercial real estate conditions and trends in effort to equip brokers with value-add insights and high-quality analysis deliverables, contributing to driving successful transaction completion
Collaborate with broker and leadership stakeholders, and other support teams, to ensure the Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub delivers an exceptional broker experience, partnering with embedded and flex analyst resources to balance team member workloads, and effectively collaborates with all business partners in service delivery, ensuring satisfactory broker experience ratings
Monitors, tracks, and observesworkflow processes and production behaviors, identifying opportunities where additional training support may be required and/or delivers insights/solutions to resolve productivity issues and/or workflow process improvements
Implements effective delegation best practices, balancing involvement into the transactional analysis and due diligence aspects of team assignments
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub including supervision of direct reports and quality review of analyses, deadlines, and resolution of issues/conflicts
Partners on quality control reviews and communicating review feedback in a timely manner, identifying recurring themes observed to action into individual and/or team training and development opportunities.
Lead, coach, train, and develop financial analystson best practices developing investment memoranda, identifying and articulating transactional strengths and mitigates to risks, analyzingcomplex legal real estate related documentation including tenant leases, term sheets, loan agreements, mortgage documents, partnership agreements, and financial statements, and interacting with lenders and investors throughout the marketing and due diligence process
Develop and deliver Capital Markets EDSF Analyst training materialsto standardize onboarding and support continued development, equipping Analysts with relevant resource tools
Partner with Capital Markets EDSF brokers and key stakeholders to continue development and implementation of a Capital Markets EDSF Analyst training program
Spearhead the creation of standardized, best practice workflow processesand guidelines across the Capital Markets Financial AnalysisHub that create efficiencies and add value to the EDSF broker experience; collaborate with EDSF brokers to understand current state processes and opportunities for standardization, taking ownership to action next steps
Collaborate with technology partners to identify, implement, and maintain automation/data analysis solutions to support CMFA Hub operations (e.g.,Salesforce, Argus)
Actively participates in business intelligence reporting and maintenance, ensuring workflow pipeline is accurate, complete, and kept current. Ensures reporting data and analytics are accurate and complete.
Champions the adoption of the Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub, pitching value proposition and benefits to Capital Markets EDSF brokers and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities where the CMFA Hub can support.
Develops and maintains productive broker and market leadership relationships.
Contributes to change management efforts and assists with managing resistance to change associated with process/service delivery business needs

Other Requirements & Administrative Duties
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, etc.) strongly preferred, Masters, MBA, CPAa plus
Combination of education without a degree and corporate work experience may be considered
7+years of Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance financial analysis and underwritingmodeling experience; Commercial Real Estate experience required; Capital Markets experience strongly preferred
Previous debt and/or equity underwriting experience a plus including, but not limited to, debt financings for single assets, portfolios, and institutional-quality asset sale and experience across the capital stack sources
Previous Capital Markets and/or EDSF brokerage team experience a plus (broker license is not required for role)
Demonstrates an executive presence with the ability to communicate and interact with EDSF brokers and business partners,
Experience leading teams and contributing to the professional development of financial analysts, including completing performance evaluations and managing team members who may reside in different geographies, and contributing to driving successful transactions; Prior management oversight with direct reports is a plus
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem resolution, project management, communication, and relationship management skills
Experience improving processes and procedures to drive standardization and improve efficiency and quality; demonstrated technical savvy to identify areas for automation or technical improvement
Experience inchangemanagement and process improvement; change agent champion
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate challenges with a solution-orientated mindset and act with a sense of urgency
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Argus Enterprise and/or Excel cash flow modeling experience strongly preferred

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00
