Title: Loan IQ Business Analyst (.NET)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite 5 days/week) Pay rate: $45-50/hour MAX

• 6 month CT, possible to convert or extend to full time

This opportunity is for a Loan IQ Business Analyst (.NET) to join a high-impact team responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Loan IQ applications. The role requires expertise in .NET technologies, SQL, and software development best practices. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The position is fully onsite in New York City, requiring five days per week in the office . This is a 6-month contract role , offering an hourly rate of $45/hr - $50/hr .

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Loan IQ application development and support

• Proficiency in .NET technologies for software development and maintenance

• Advanced knowledge of SQL , including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Ability to debug, test, and optimize application performance

• Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a financial services environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Loan IQ applications using .NET technologies

• Design and implement SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a 6-month contract position offering $45-50 per hour . The role is fully onsite in New York City for five days a week.
