Lead Automation Test Engineer – Selenium (Onsite)

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 yrs. experience in Software Testing.

• Must have 5+ yrs. of experience in Selenium, Java BDD automation frame work and Scripts

• Automation Test framework design, architecture understanding and scripting knowledge

• Knowledge of CI CD CT process

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining UI Automation test scripts Selenium Java with BDD Cucumber automation tool, and Agile Scrum Process

• Proven experience in Functional testing, Regression Testing, integration testing

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to investigate, analyze, and debug test failures

• Review of test cases and analysis of test results

• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies

• Mandatory skills Selenium Java BDD Automation for web applications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Automation Test framework design, architecture understanding and scripting knowledge

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/31/25

The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,200/- to $ 112,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
