Hogan Lovells Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration Coordinator in New York, New York
RESPONSIBILITIESSupport all phases of the lateral partner and counsel recruitment process for the Americas including, but not limited to:Maintaining recruiting databases and tracking spread sheetsGreeting candidates and ensuring video meetings launch successfullyCoordination of in-office and virtual interview schedules for partner and counsel candidatesObtaining, collating and disseminating feedbackDistribution of recruiting materials to prospective lateral candidates and internal briefing materials to interviewersEnsuring conflicts questionnaires and other required questionnaires are completeCommunicate with search firms regarding candidate status and interview schedulingAssist with the coordination of on boarding and integration of new lateral partners/counsel including, but not limited to:Preparing orientation schedules for US partners/counselCoordinating and scheduling meetings for new partners/counsel during integrationGenerating reportsPrepare candidate correspondence, as neededCoordinate with other firm departments on matters relating to partner recruitment and integration effortsAll members of the firm are encouraged to participate in our Global Citizenship programOther duties as assigned.CUSTOMER SERVICECandidates must be able to communicate and interact professionally with lawyers, business team employees candidates, and search firm personnel on a regular basisOperate with a sense of urgency and have the ability to work under pressure, sometimes with multiple tight deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment with a customer service focusExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately, adapt to change and understands the need to ask questions and seek guidanceDemonstrates dedication to producing quality work product with attention to detail when completing work assignments and developing strong knowledge of the Firm structure, policies and proceduresAbility to maintain confidentiality and use discretion regarding highly sensitive matters and materialsTakes initiative beyond routine responsibility and seeks out and accepts new responsibilities.
Minimum Salary: 68000 Maximum Salary: 91000 Salary Unit: Yearly
