Meta Internal Communications Manager, Strategic Response in New York, New York
Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join the Internal Strategic Response (ISR) team within Internal Communications.As a key member of the ISR team, this person will play a critical role in developing and executing rapid response strategies for important employee matters, externally-driven press and other reputational challenges. This role also includes proactive communications planning, and employee sentiment analysis and monitoring.

Develop and execute internal communications strategies that address sensitive and high-priority issues.
Create communications materials to respond to major issues, including leadership guidance and talking points, Workplace posts and other assets as required.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, Legal, HR and Internal Community Relations, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Analyze metrics and employee feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and our employee sentiment.
Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing effective internal communications strategies that address sensitive and high-priority issues.
Great communication skills, with experience turning complex information into relevant, timely and valuable content.
Analytical and problem-solving skills. You can analyze and utilize data to improve internal communications.
Can adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and work autonomously.
Attention to detail and experience working on time-sensitive initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and impactful work.

Experience in the technology industry.
Experience managing internal communications for a globally distributed and hybrid workforce (remote and in-person).
Experience developing and executing effective change communications strategies.
Public Compensation:
$116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
