Focus:
The Event Solutions team is responsible for engineering, maintaining, and operating the infrastructure required for mass communications throughout the company. As Infrastructure Engineer – Digital Signage, you will perform engineering and servicing tasks applicable to the Digital Signage and IPTV product set within the Event Solutions portfolio.
Organizational Context:
Reports to the Engineering Director, Event Solutions within the Digital Workplace organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform core technical activities to support infrastructure implementations and deployments
Respond to customer request tickets with technical solutions to ensure platform functionality
Organize and participate in planning activities for equipment moves, adds, and changes globally
Organize and participate in planning activities for new infrastructure installations globally
Participate in test planning and execution - Work with project teams to guide components from development to production environments
Execute test plans to review new products, platforms, and infrastructure
Participate in current-state system analysis and requirements gathering for upgrades and troubleshooting
Support configuration and implementation deployments
Contribute to the creation of technical design/implementation documentation
Participate in troubleshooting activities
Implement various software moves/adds/changes, including server software installations and configurations
Provide support for ongoing platform infrastructure availability
Work on prioritized/assigned projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Up to 4 years of demonstrated experience with systems analysis/programming, incorporating: design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering
Experience with digital signage and IPTV cloud solution deployment, design, troubleshooting, user support, and operational maintenance (Windows/Linux server management, testing, and device patches/upgrades, etc)
Experience with a variety of software languages, operating systems, or network protocols
Knowledge of principles applicable to audio signal path, routing, AVoIP, and NDI
Understanding of Active Directory, Service Now, IDP, technical infrastructure, network data flows (firewalls, proxies, DHC), etc.
Experience with ITIL practices, ITSM
Proven record of cross-functional project management skills and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Ability to develop a solid understanding of the application and associated infrastructure
High proficiency user of MS Office Product Suite products including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Strong email and verbal communication competence
Meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications
Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually bonus benefits
